Teams of 6 will compete against each other where players aim to eliminate opponents by throwing balls at them while avoiding being hit themselves.
Played on a court divided into two sides, teams throw balls at each other, seeking to hit opponents below the shoulders.
If struck, players are out, but can return if a teammate catches an opponent’s throw.
Strategy and agility are key as players dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge to evade incoming throws.
The last team standing wins.
Dodgeball promotes teamwork, coordination, and reflexes, making it both a fun recreational activity and a competitive sport enjoyed by players of all ages.
Traditional sports day activities typically include a variety of competitive and fun games designed to engage participants.
Events may range from classic races like, three-legged races, and egg-and-spoon races to more team-oriented activities like tug-of-war and relay races. Other common activities include javelin throws, and obstacle courses.
These events promote physical activity, teamwork, and friendly competition while fostering a sense of community spirit.
